| We have built many second
story additions as well as add-ons to existing homes. From a three
bay garage with an apartment above in Beverly to a 1400 square foot
second story in Newton.
We will provide our own architect or use yours. We will do a site plan, excavate the foundation hole, pour concrete footings and walls, damp proof where needed and frame up the walls floors and roof. We use all kiln dried lumber and plywood, first quality insulation and house wrap, wood siding, cedar shingles, vinyl or composite siding. Andersen, Pella, Marvin or Peachtree windows and doors with pre-primed exterior wood trim. And for the roof, water and ice shield with Bird, GAF, IKO and Certainteed roof shingles. |
